- Certain items are non-returnable: final sale items, gift cards, and personalized/custom orders.
How to start a return:
Please contact us through our website’s contact form with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping address will be provided at that time.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges:
If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures you get the correct item as quickly as possible.
Damaged or defective items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
